Pippy is 8 months old! She's crawling, pulling up, eating solids (barely), bossing us around, getting in to everything and making people smile everywhere we go. She's very determined to do everything that Henry does. No doctors appointments this month but we know that she's growing based on the fact that she is squeezing in to her 9 month clothes.
Henry is a swimming machine this summer. He passed level 2 swimming in two weeks and started level 3 this week. He's treading water and doing the back stroke. It's amazing to see how quickly he picks up on things. He's having a great summer hanging out with Grandpa and playing inside. 100+ degree temps have made it so that we are doing a lot more indoor activities these days.
Wade and I are doing fine. Wishing for more sleep and a little more time together, but we really shouldn't complain. Healthy babies, jobs, a cold house to sleep in at night...life is good.
Grandpa Benda and Grandma Sarah are coming in to town this weekend. We're hoping to visit the Aquarium and the sunflower fields. I'll be home with the kids Thursday-Monday while my parents take a short vacation and Wade records with his band and plays at a festival in Witchita. We are planning on knocking a few things off of our Summer Bucket List.
